WILLIAM L. MANION, MD, PhD, JD, MBA. Board Certified in Anatomic, Clinical and Forensic Pathology. Medical licenses in PA, OH & NJ. Law licenses in PA & NJ. Deputy Medical Examiner/Forensic Pathologist, Burlington County, NJ.
My name is Dr. William Manion and I wish to make you aware of the services I offer. I am a pathologist by training and triple board certified in Anatomic, Clinical and Forensic Pathology. I also work and have extensive experience as a Medical Examiner. I am currently deputy Medical Examiner of Burlington County, New Jersey. I am also an attorney licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This broad training background allows me to quickly evaluate potential medical malpractice cases, and legal cases involving toxic tort litigation, drug overdose, pain and suffering or matters of a criminal nature such as homicide, suicide and accidental death. I have experience in asbestos litigation as well as dram shop cases involving blood alcohol levels where it is claimed that defendants were served alcohol while exhibiting signs of intoxication. I have a network of experts I work with in surgery, internal medicine, infectious diseases and other specialties. If I can be of service to help you evaluate the merits or defense of a case, I would be happy to speak with you. I can also provide letters of explanation as an expert witness as to why I believe that there is no particular merit to a case. I appreciate the time you took to read this letter and please feel free to call me if I can be of service in any particular medical/legal matter.
